What are Owners?
We believe every Christian should belong to a local church and take ownership of that church. This includes serving, giving, and participating in biblical community.
Ownership is for believers in Jesus Christ. If you have questions about what it means to follow Jesus, we’d love to talk with you.
Members have rights; Owners have responsibilities. Instead of simply attending Resonate Pullman, Owners are part of the family. They serve, give, grow as disciples, and take responsibility for our mission to make disciples and plant churches.
If Resonate Pullman is your church, we’d love for you to take the next step and become an Owner.
Steps to become an Owner
There are just a few things we need to know about you, and that you need to know about us. The list may look a little daunting, but it’s really just a bit of paperwork, and much of it can be done anytime. Once you’ve attended Resonate 101, you can become an Owner as soon as everything else is done.
Follow Jesus
Ownership starts with trusting Jesus as Lord and Savior and being able to share the simple message of the gospel. If you’re still exploring what that means, let’s talk.
Attend Resonate 101
We want to be sure you know who we are as a church and what you’re becoming a part of. Resonate 101 teaches how Resonate began, how your unique gifts can serve the church and others, and what we believe about community, the gospel and living on mission. You’ll also receive the Owner Manual. Ask your pastor or Village leader when the next one is.
Be baptized
Baptism is an important step in becoming an Owner. Jesus commands His followers to be baptized as a way to show that the old self has been buried and that they have risen with Christ to walk in newness of life. If you’ve already been baptized by immersion as a believer, you’re all set for this step. If not, and you’re ready to take that step of obedience, we’d love to celebrate with you!

Sign the Ownership Commitment
The Ownership Commitment is at the end of the Owner Manual. Read it over, talk it through with your Huddle or Village leader, and when you’re ready, we’ll send it to you to sign. Then we’ll welcome you as an Owner of Resonate Pullman.
